Most people who go to the public library check out books. In my town, the library functions as the social hub of a town of 1,600. Kids, parents, artists, out-of-towners all come and go and enjoy the books, newspapers, magazines, and social activities like book clubs, singers, and author readings.
Samuel McGilton went to his library, but not as a man. He dressed up as a woman, headed to the mezzanine, and proceeded to “pleasure” himself under the table. Where? Ohio of all places. You know, the state that threw President Bush the last election. It makes you wonder if he went to the voting booth dressed as a woman and while he was in there…oh, please, he wouldn’t, would he?
Meet Samuel McGilton. The 72-year-old West Virginia man is due today in an Ohio court to face a misdemeanor public indecency charge. McGilton, you see, was arrested last Friday for an incident earlier this month at the public library in Bellaire. According to cops, a surveillance camera captured McGilton pleasuring himself while seated at a table in the library’s mezzanine. And, yes, he was wearing a dress at the time.
