I’m not sure what the actress Kim Basinger is like in person, given her divorce tussle with ex-husband Alec Baldwin, but as far as Kim Basinger the sexy image to sell clothes, she’s got that it quality that steams up the room. The designer Miuccia Prada saw Kim in the movie 8-Mile starring Eminem and felt an emotional connection that translated into a series of ad images for her spring/summer collection.
I keep reading that marketers are ignoring Baby Boomers, but Prada’s got their mojo revved up and isn’t shy about splashing it across the satin sheets. These images should put Kim back in the dating pool; the rest of us will need to jump in with her, because lordy, there’s nothing like cool water to relieve a hot body.
