Dr. Dennis Villareal of Washington University in St. Louis recently shared research that says if you’re in your 60s or 70s and obese, then moderate weight loss through exercise and diet helps fight frailty and improve your body’s ability to physically function. This required a study?
His other insight: “successful weight loss is difficult to achieve in older adults because of ingrained, lifelong diet and activity habits.” Aren’t you glad you didn’t waste your money on a Phd.?
