As Baby Boomers retire, the market will wake up to the fact that they just might have to hire back some of those grey-haired workers. Thanks to a rising number of senior-dedicated employment websites, the search for a job has become a whole lot easier.
As the work force grays, a small but growing number of job boards catering to the mature worker are emerging on the Internet. The sites are gaining ground as employers realize that they must look outside traditional age ranges to find expertise.
