It sucks to be single these days, especially if you’re sipping wine at a bar. Chances are the din in the room is wreaking havoc on your ability to hear anything! Given your early rock ‘n’ roll days, it’s not surprising. Those loud decibels battering your ears were doing more than make your crotch pulse; it was also damaging your hearing.

Here’s a nasty fact: “There are more people age 45 to 64 with hearing loss (10 million) than there are people over 65 with hearing loss (9 million).” Oh lordy, with Baby Boomers already half deaf and the younger generation killing their ears with iPods, who’s going to hear the music, let alone the sound of a fricking tree falling in the forest: Buddhist monks?
