As a parent, you have the right to regulate your child’s behavior. You are, after all, legally responsible for their behavior until they reach the age of 18. What a child wears is a reflection of their inner state, and perhaps an expression of what type of parent you are as well. Seniors in one town have ganged up to play parent to their resident teens by demanding that the town pass an ordinance banning those low riding pants that expose a little too much skin, panties, and boxers.
