With everyone giving up on reading newspapers in print, and most younger people gobbling up most of their information online, what’s a poor NPR radio station to do in order to attract younger listeners? Here’s a fact: “the median age of people listening to NPR’s newsmagazine programs is 53.”
Wow! I never would have guessed that, given most people commuting to jobs seem like they would be in their 30’s or 40’s. Too many commercials for me. Give me the podcast so I can skip the commercials if I feel like it.
