I spotted this woman on Fifth Avenue in New York City. She has the tiniest frail legs. She was jewelry shopping at Gilan, a high end jeweler known for its Turkish designs. I’m not too sure about the makeup on her. It looks a little garish, but bonus points to her for venturing out to to eye the sparkly candy.
