Take a walk around Beverly Hills and you are bound to encounter a plastic surgery patient about every five feet. In New York, though, its presence is a little more off the radar. This woman was hanging around outside a wedding at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Fifth Avenue one Saturday. Her only purpose seemed to be getting noticed.
