The next time you make a check in the name of your local Catholic church, you might want to consider the fact that a good chunk of your money is being used to pay off sexual abuse victims and those suffering from dementia who wrote checks that were directly deposited in the bank accounts of self-serving priests.
Hypocrisy as the basis of religious belief is dogma that deserves to be tossed in the nearest Hades fire pit.
