Goth is a relatively new phenomenon, but perhaps there are some of you who picked up on this trend by peeking inside your granddaughter’s bedroom and noticing how it resembled a freak Halloween show that plays year-round. Jack Off Jill, a band, decided to write a song called “French Kiss the Elderly” to capture the spirit of their angst in the 21st Century.
Not familiar with the lyrics: “I’m sitting quietly; In gothic sympathy; I tried to cut myself; But they won’t watch me bleed; They do not understand; They are afraid of me; They’d rather shoot themselves; Than French kiss the elderly!”
