Cemetery Plots For Sale

Five Double Plots available in beautiful Cedar Hill Cemetery, 4111 Suitland Rd., Suitland, MD, just outside Washington, DC and convenient to all of Southern Maryland.

Five double-depth plots available at once in site number 143. Current Cedar Hill value is $2070 each, but they do currently offer a $300 automatic discount, which lowers the retail value to $1770, plus $165 each for mandatory perpetual care. This latter is charged by the cemetery, and so is not figured into my discounted price of $1650 per each double-depth plot.

For a group of two or three the asking price drops to $1550 each ($3100 for two or $4650 for 3); for 4 or all five plots the price would be $1500 each ($6000 for four, $7500 for all five). There may be two more available in the near future, but this is not certain. The five now available are significantly discounted and all the facts regarding “retail” price have been disclosed in the interest of honesty and clarity.

The $165 cost of perpetual care will still be added by the cemetery. I am not passing along this cost to potential buyers, because it is not mine and to do so would be asking the purchaser to pay twice for the same service. The prices quoted represent a very good value.
