Patricia Hearst was in New York for her daughter’s wedding at the Pierre Hotel on Saturday night. Gillian Hearst-Shaw married Christian Simonds; she works at Towne & Country magazine, he works as a corporate lawyer. I snapped her as she entered the Pierre for the evening’s activities.
